I am extremely unhappy with Flipkart being a BLCK member this is not what I have expected.
Flipkart customer service representative explicitly assured me that delivery would occur on 17th May 2026 because I was at home to verify the package.
The delivery agent arrived instead on 16th May 2026 when I was not available.
My wife accepted the package in my absence. She was unaware of the specific watch ordered and could not verify its authenticity. The delivery agent handed over the box without executing the required Open Box Delivery verification protocol with the account holder.
Upon opening the box, I discovered the item inside is completely different from what I purchased.
I have complaint several times no executive has helped they've rejected my return request.
