Dear Eureka Forbes Team,
This email is to register a serious complaint regarding the pathetic and highly unprofessional service I have received after purchasing your GOLD AMC on 14th November 2025.
On 15th November, I had selected a 1 PM – 3 PM time slot for service. However, your service engineer called me at 11 AM, asking for issue details. I clearly informed him that filters needed to be replaced. He said he would “check the stock and call back”. He never called back.
Worse, the engineer did not come during the allotted time slot, and I had to call him myself to ask whether he was even coming. Instead of confirming the visit, he told me that I would have to pay, saying it is “not covered under AMC”, and then disconnected the call.
When I contacted your customer care immediately after that, they clearly told me I do NOT have to pay anything, and I should inform them if the agent demands money. They assured me the service would be completed the same day — but no one came, and no one even bothered to call.
On 16th November, I kept coordinating with customer care the entire day. Every time, I was told the same scripted line:
“Sir, this is the last call you will receive; you won’t have to follow up again.”
Yet again, after giving the time slot, no engineer came, no call was received, and I kept waiting the whole day. Even the agent assigned in your app did not pick up calls or call back.
At night, I was again given a 9 PM slot, and again — no one came, and no call.
Today, 17th November, the story is the same. I was again assured that “today your work will be done”. I gave a 12 PM slot, and again no visit, no call, no update.
Even the assigned agent is not responding.
This is not service — this is harassment.
This is not customer support — this is mockery of customers’ time and trust.
It is clear that Eureka Forbes has zero respect for customers, zero accountability, and zero professionalism. Your app, your agents, and your customer care team are completely uncoordinated and irresponsible.
Honestly, I feel I have made the biggest mistake by purchasing this AMC. If this is your service now, I have absolutely no expectations for the future.
I no longer want any service from Eureka Forbes.
I am formally requesting a full refund of my AMC amount of ₹2,659/-.
I am attaching the AMC receipt for your reference.
I will never recommend Eureka Forbes to anyone. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in your brand.
Your service standards are unacceptable, unprofessional, and extremely disappointing.
