I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to share my extremely disappointing experience at your Chandkheda outlet during my visit on 04.10.2025, around 9 PM, with my family.
From the moment we arrived, things took a turn for the worse:
Out of Stock Items : We were informed that all Paneer-based items were out of stock, which was quite frustrating as it limited our choices significantly.
Limited Menu Options : There was only one menu card available for the customers to share, causing confusion and delays in making our selections.
Poor Hygiene Standards : None of the staff was using hand gloves, and both the outlet and the counter were in an unacceptable state of cleanliness. The ketchup bottle was filthy, with flies surrounding it, making it unhygienic to use.
Inadequate Customer Service : When I requested the bill, I was handed a KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) instead, and was told that it was the "bill" at this outlet. This is highly unprofessional and confusing for customers.
Safety Concerns : I noticed that the fire extinguisher was in a state that could potentially be hazardous in case of an emergency. Additionally, the AC was leaking water directly above my seating area, making it an uncomfortable experience.
Rude Behaviour Over Online Order: A few minutes after leaving, I placed an online order for a Paneer item just to check availability—and surprisingly, it was accepted. Shortly after, I canceled it, and the staff called me back yelling that food cannot be canceled once prepared. When I asked how the item was suddenly available when it was earlier out of stock, they simply disconnected the call. Is this the way Domino's treats its customers?
This visit was far below the standards I have come to expect from Domino’s. I understand that such incidents can happen occasionally, but it’s concerning when multiple issues occur simultaneously, especially when it impacts the safety, hygiene, and overall customer experience.
I hope that this feedback can be taken seriously and improvements can be made at this particular outlet.
