Completely frustrated with Flipkart and the mishandling of my return request for Order ID: OD337872007746211100 (Voltas AC – 1.5 Ton).
After delivering a defective product, Flipkart initially approved the return request. Based on that, I got the AC uninstalled and also received a pickup message from Ekart.
However, the product was NEVER actually picked up, but the system was wrongly updated as “picked up.” Now the refund status is showing as “cancelled.”
How can a refund be cancelled when the product is still lying with me and was never collected? This kind of system error and negligence is causing unnecessary harassment to customers.
Even after return approval, Flipkart has failed to complete the pickup and is now showing incorrect updates. This is unacceptable and a serious failure in customer service.
I demand immediate correction of the status, pickup of the product, and processing of the refund without further delay.
