I am extremely frustrated and disappointed with the pathetic handling of my AC service request (GH20260517000010), which I raised on 17 May 2026.
Since the day I registered the complaint, not a single person contacted me regarding the servicing. I called your customer care multiple times just to get basic support:
For the last 10 days, I have been continuously following up while your team keeps giving excuses and false updates. This level of negligence and unprofessional behavior is highly disappointing.
I want my complaint reopened immediately and the AC servicing completed without any further excuses or delays. Also, I expect an explanation as to how my request was closed with false remarks without even contacting me.
If this issue is not resolved urgently, I will be forced to escalate the matter further through higher authorities and consumer grievance platforms.

- On 23 May, I was told that a reminder had been sent to the service center.
- Later the same day, after no response, I called again and was again assured that another reminder had been sent.
- On 26 May, I contacted customer care once more and the call was escalated to a senior executive. The senior representative spoke with the service center and assured me that a technician would visit on the morning of 27 May.
