Now we paid 3lak total as on sep 4th 2025
Dear Sir,
On behalf for Mr. Shekarappa S. Sabanur who has taken a Loan amount of Rs. 15,00,000/- 30th September 2015 for 10 year tenure with EMI Rs. 24,200/- which is to be completed on coming Sept-2025.
Recently when we visited you told Still there is about OS Balance of Rs. 5,79,236/-. We were shocked when we heard this.
15th March 24 as per your BM guidance he told us pay OS of Rs 2,78,000/- so it will be regularised and loan will end as per scheduled on September-25. and also told penalty and all other charges will be weaved off.
We noticed the following in loan account ledger

As we have gone through the loan account statement we feel above amounts paid are too heavy.
As we communicated to BM borrower is already 68 years old and about 2 years ago lost his only son who was bread earner and paying loan. Presently he does not have any income to pay EMI .
with a heavy difficulty, he is managing. Kindly consider the real facts. Somehow he is ready to pay till Sept-25 as per the tenure schedule
