I availed Uber Cab from Acharya Niketan, Mayur Vihar Delhi to my son's residence in Sector 144 Noida. I tried to pay by Paytm but due to some network issue on the phone, the payment was not through. Then I paid by cash to the driver. But when I reached home the WiFi activated and triggered digital payment twice. It means I paid three times for a trip. The cab aggregator Uber is not refunding the money. I havce written to them many times. please tell me how can get the extra money back.

This is a very serious problem and increasing day by day as the usages of App payments is increasing.

The first step is to contact the Uber cabs via email (support@uber.com), so that you have solid evidence that you have already escalate the issue with the Uber Customer Care.
