I along with my wife purchased 3BHK apartment in India Bulls Sierra, Mithilapuri Colony , Madhurawada, Visakapatnma
The flat was registered in October 2024. As the society is not yet formed the builder, Embassy, Bangalore is managing
the Common Area Maintenance.(CAM) . My complaint with the consumer fourm is as under :
a) the CAM charges being raised are very high and exorbitant, i.e. more than Rs.5.00 per sft,and over all charges
for 3BHK are 5500/- where are similar communities in Vizag are charging only Rs.2 per sft. over all charges which
are reasonable.
b) depite repeated reminders and requests, the builder has not submitted detailed and granular break up of the charges
based on which the charges are being made to me or any of the flat owners.
Request to the forum is to direct the builder to submit detailed break up of the charges, based on which the invoices
are raised to enable me and other owners to analyse the charges and bring down on par with similar communities in Vizag
