Dear Sir,
I was staying in #35/21, Lalitha Nilaya, SLV Layout, 1st Cross, Basavanapura main road, Bhattarahalli, Bangalore-560049. While vacating the house I called Excitel broadband support team(Name is Pavan) and informed him that we are vacating home please collect the wire and router. He said he will will take care. Later after a month Excitel customer care team keep calling me and torturing me for the router. Every time when they called I politely explained them what was happened and they are saying I supposed to raise a ticket for collecting the router which was not aware of that and no one told me while using or vacating that including the local support team. I have lot of personal issues which I have to take care, because these people negligence I'm suffering for their mistake. Today again they called me and kept asking me, I have told them stop disturbing my privacy because of their mental torture. They sent a notice to pay 25000 which is of no fault from my side. Kindly save me.
