I have raised a connection shifting request with Excitel on 22 August 2025, to get it shifted to a new address within 500 meters of my old address, to which the customer support executive responded that it just needs 4-7 days to get it shifted. So the request was closed with the resolution to raise another request after 26 August 2025.

Upon the above suggestion, I have raised a new connection request on 27 August 2025 before 9:00 AM. And I am continuously in touch with the Excitel Customer Support Team 3-4 times daily, starting 31 August 2025, and I am getting the same response that the ground team has been assigned for the same. And you might have been contacted by the team, but I haven't received any call from them as of 9 September 2025. I have been promised, starting from 2 September 2025, that your request has been escalated to the highest priority with our backend team, and soon you will get a call from a ground technician. But no luck till today
