I HAVE BEEN A CONSUMER OF TNEB FOR THE PAST 3 YEARS THEY ARE RAISING THEIR METER READING IN A WRONG WAY AND CONFUSE THE CONSUMER. ASKING ABOUT THIS ISSUSES AE FROM MATHALAMPARAI,TENKASI DISTRICT EB OFFICE UNRESPONSIVE. AT LAST I PAID THE AMOUNT BUT THE WAY OF APPROACH COMEPLTELY CHEATING.

Please explain your complaint in detailed manner, we are not getting your point that how the meter reading is confusing and how they are charging in excess..
