Every month there is raised in a bill showing excess unit used I had called the customer care for complaint but don't know whether the complaint is registered or not. I am totally frustrated as I had already paid high raising bill till last month but this month it's the same thing there is no one to listen my complaint. My salary is 12600 and the bill is 6000 please give me solution ASAP as it's my survival issue.
