I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with Amazon’s refund service. I ordered three products—JVX Jeans for Men (B0DVZHJTPZ), FN3 Men’s Half-Zip Color Block T-Shirt (B0GH395VK6), and Samfor Men’s Baggy Corduroy Pants (B0FVDQGWWR)—and returned them successfully. Although the Amazon app shows that the refund has been initiated, the amount has still not been credited to my bank account even after more than 10 days. I contacted my bank, and they confirmed that they have not received any transaction related to this refund. Meanwhile, Amazon customer support insists that the refund has already been processed and that no further action can be taken from their side. This situation is extremely frustrating, as I am left without a resolution despite raising multiple complaints. I request an immediate investigation into this matter and prompt credit of my refund.
