my jio fiber data exhausted on 16 april 2026 and i paid 1000 advance on 17 april and received 200 gb as a bonus. and after 21 new bill cycle started but my plan was not activated. and when i asked custermer service they told me that i have to pay latest bill and advance amount will reflect in next month and i paid 824 but after that also i have not received my latest plan and again on 27 th april i paid 706 to change the plan but that was also not activated connected with multiple time with customer service. and asked to activate the plan but there is no proper response from them. i lost 10 days connecting with customer service. my jio fiber number is 4031954413
