I had registered for a service request (Service Request No. WO-021026-82387903) for my Eureka Forbes water filter on 2 October 2026 and before registering I paid for one year AMC also.
But inspite of repeated follow ups, my service request is still pending. They have not even called me and informed the status. Everyday I am calling their call center and enquiring and I get a repeated message that they are escalating the matter to their higher ups and that's it. Again silence. They are not even giving me the contact number of the technician or their higher authorities.
Horrible service. Their Tagline, "Friend for Life" - a friend I definitely DONT WANT IN MY LIFE.
