I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the lack of resolution to my repeated service requests for my RO water purifier.
Despite sending multiple emails, my complaint was closed without any service being provided or OTP confirmation from my side. This is unacceptable and a clear deviation from standard service procedures.
Importantly, the original complaint was raised during the AMC period, yet no action was taken. Now that the AMC has expired, I am being left without support for an issue that should have been resolved earlier. This situation is extremely disappointing from a brand like Eureka Forbes.
Current Issues:
RO machine indicator light is not functioning properly
Water quality is not up to standard (possible filtration issue)
