I am filing this complaint against Eureka Forbes regarding the poor quality of my Forbes SmartClean with Auto Bin Robot Vacuum Cleaner and the unsatisfactory after-sales service provided by the company.
I purchased the product from Eureka Forbes Kochi on 07 October 2025 for ₹29,999, with the expectation of receiving a reliable and durable product from a reputed brand. However, my experience has been extremely disappointing.
The primary issue relates to the mopping bracket assembly, which has repeatedly failed during normal household use. The current complaint is not an isolated incident. In fact, this is already the fourth replacement request for the same component within the warranty period.
The repeated failure of the same part clearly indicates a recurring product defect and raises serious concerns regarding the quality and reliability of the product. A consumer should not be expected to repeatedly replace the same component in a premium appliance within such a short period of ownership.
When the issue occurred again, I raised Service Request No. CM-070526-71510359 and followed up multiple times through customer care, service personnel, and email communications. Despite these repeated follow-ups and escalations, Eureka Forbes has failed to provide a timely resolution or a clear timeline for replacement of the defective part.
The issue is not related to accidental damage, misuse, or wear and tear. The same component has failed repeatedly despite previous replacements, which demonstrates that the underlying problem has not been permanently resolved.
The lack of spare-part availability, delays in service support, and absence of proactive communication from Eureka Forbes have caused significant inconvenience. I have spent considerable time following up with customer support and service teams without receiving a satisfactory solution.
My concerns are as follows:

Relief Sought

- Refund the full purchase amount of ₹29,999 if a permanent solution cannot be provided.
- Provide compensation for the inconvenience, repeated follow-ups, loss of use, and mental harassment caused by the recurring defect and delayed support.
- Ensure prompt resolution of the complaint and provide a written explanation regarding the repeated failure of the same component.
