I bought an Aquaguard Aspire water purifier on December 2025. I have booked 5-6 service requests to fix TDS level of drinking water. The technician used to say the water quality of our location is not good. Therefore they changed filters multiple times. After booking so many service requests I raised a complaint with sales team and finally got to know that this particular model water purifier is not compatible for water containing high harness. It was mentioned by the agency technician who used to attent service request.
I then raised this issue with grievance team but they are singing the same song like escalation team stating about company policy. And final resolution they are giving us to repair the product.
The product is already on warranty and my only concern is future maintenance about this defective and non compatible product. Therefore i requested them to refund my money and take away their product, because i have lost trust against their water purification business. I have to measure tds everyday before drinking water. That gave me trauma and mental harassment.
These past 6 months all i have done is just requesting service requests to fix the water tds which eureka forbes failed to do it and now after trusting their capable hands i lost the trust towards this company and don not want any engagement with them.
Please help me getting justice. I have attached invoice of the purchased product and also sharing the mail chain of their negligible customer service.
