We have been having EurekaForbes RO unit since long. Under AMC. Last week, a service technician came for routine service. For cleaning the filter, he tapped hard against the filter body with a metal piece and the filter cracked. Water started pouring out of the filter sides. The Technician closed the inlet water valve and left.
Since then spoke with cust care on more than one occassion. Was promised some esclation. Against this, usually, a service technician would call and on being explianed the problem, would not turn up.
Now, we are forced to buy water from outside.
Need some serious help.
