I placed an order on Eureka Forbes official website on May 15, and today is 3 July, but my water softener salt has still not been delivered. I have been continuously following up with customer care since May 15, but there has been no resolution. It has been more than two weeks now. Neither they are delivering my package nor they are processing a refund for the amount paid. I am attaching screenshots for your reference.
