I have purchased 3 years AMC for my aquaguard classic water purifier through Eureka Forbes online app. AMC no is AMC-200126-21923081.
On 27th January, 2026 I booked service request for maintanance service. Now it is more than a week over no technician visited for servicing.
My service request number is CM270126-65776300.
I connected multiple times to customer care and every time they are iteratingng the same words "your issue will be resolved soon".
I even connected multiple times to assigned technician but his behaviour is very rude. When I asked to give the time he will visit he told me rudely he can not give any time.

Before purchasing AMC we got multiple calls from eureka forbes cc and technicians to purchase AMC but once purchase is done they are not taking care of service request.
