Despite having AMC Gold, & continuous service ticket creation, reschedule, customer care follow-up, escalation emails, still Water Purifier don't work. Eureka Forbes keep giving false commitments over & over. In mean time I keep buying Drinking Water from outside as it's essential service.
It's now been 1 month (21st Jul 2026 initiated) & now now I intent to severally take action again incompetent Eureka Forbes & it's management. I've zero trust on them.
