I have purchased Aquaguard Enrich Neo RO+UV 2x on 27th June 2025. Now after approx. 10 months of usage their filters are not working. The purchase condition was filter life will be of 2 years or 12000 ltr. of water usage whichever is early. Now my usage has not crossed even 6000 ltr. of water as my family consists of 4 members only but the filters are gone now. I already logged a complain 20 days before and taken multiple follow ups but they are saying you have to pay for the filters and total amount is 5500 rs. I was shocked as I purchased with warranty period of 2 years for filter. This is very surprising where such big company is selling product where their filters are failed in just 10 months with water TDS level is below 1000. I also visited vendor(Croma) and they are just passing the ball. Kindly help in this.
