As part of AMC, they promised coverage of damage, mandatory filter replacement and service visits, validity period is 1 year. During AMC, I've raised multiple complaints to fix the leakage, it was not fixed. Mandatory filter change didn't happen. I've called their customer support many times, send several mails. Whenever i send an email, support team will call and say that they will arrange a person, in few days I'll receive an sms that my door was locked. But everyone are at home and none called my mobile, none entered into my society gate. This is getting repeated, all my tickets were closed, without completing. I don't know how they are closing these tickets without even visiting. Their sales team called 20 times in a day to buy AMC but none bothered after getting money. I want my AMC amount to be retrieved, as they didn't address and concern raised during AMC period, even mandatory filter replacement was not done. I want my AMC amount to be refunded.
