Respected Sir/Madam,
I wish to file a complaint against Eureka Forbes Aquaguard regarding the non-refund of an amount due after the return of a product.
I purchased an Aquaguard Sure Delight 2X water purifier from Eureka Forbes. Subsequently, the product was returned as per the company's return process. However, despite the successful return of the product, it has been more than one month and I have not received the refund amount.
I have repeatedly followed up with the company through phone calls and emails. Every time, I am informed that a sales representative will contact me, but no one has contacted me or provided any resolution. The company's continued delay and lack of response have caused me significant inconvenience, mental stress, and financial hardship.
I have attached the following documents in support of my complaint:
1. Order confirmation/screenshot.
2. Credit card/bank statement showing the payment transaction.
3. Copies of email communications and complaint records.
I respectfully request the Hon'ble Commission to:
Direct Eureka Forbes to immediately process and pay the full refund amount.
Award suitable compensation for the prolonged delay, mental agony, inconvenience, and deficiency in service.
Grant any other relief deemed fit and proper in the interest of justice.
I shall be grateful for your kind consideration and appropriate action in this matter.
