Hi flipkart Team,
I am writing this email to formally and strongly register my grievance
regarding a completely unacceptable delivery delay for my order ID :
OD438259420791406100 placed .
At the time of placing the order, your platform explicitly promised
delivery within 2 days.
However, more than 7 days have now passed, and the product has still not
been delivered.
Repeated Arbitrary Rescheduling: Your logistics team has changed the
delivery date more than 4 times without any valid justification.
Today, the date has once again been pushed to August 10, 2026. This
constant shifting of timelines after taking advance payment is a severe
deficiency in service.
Useless AI Support: Your 24/7 automated AI chat support has proven to be
entirely dysfunctional, providing incorrect, misleading, and repetitive
updates every single time I check the status
.
Breach of Service Commitment: Failing to honor delivery timelines and
leaving customers completely in the dark is an unfair trade practice.
This entire experience has been utterly pathetic and has caused major
inconvenience.
