The Grievance Officer / Appellate Authority
Bharti Airtel Limited

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this email to formally escalate my grievance regarding the continued deficiency in service provided by Bharti Airtel Limited despite repeated complaints, numerous follow-ups, and multiple assurances from your customer support team.

I am an Airtel Black customer with six active Airtel services (five postpaid mobile connections and one Airtel Xstream Fiber broadband connection) under Airtel Black ID: 10101021719250. My Airtel Xstream Fiber ID is 02020268601_wifi, and one of my primary Airtel postpaid numbers is 7304392880.

Being a premium Airtel Black customer, I expect reliable telecom and broadband services. Unfortunately, for the past several months, I have been experiencing persistent issues that have remained unresolved despite repeated complaints.

Mobile Network Issue

I initially reported poor mobile network coverage inside my residence during May 2025. As no permanent solution was provided, I had to register the same complaint again on 10 July 2025, when I was assured that the issue would be resolved by 15 July 2025.

As there was no improvement, I again lodged another complaint on 17 July 2025, and this time I was assured that the issue would be resolved by 22 July 2025. Despite these repeated commitments, there has been no meaningful improvement in network quality.

Airtel Xstream Fiber Issue

On or around 12 July 2025, I reported continuous broadband issues, including:

* Frequent internet disconnections.
* Automatic router rebooting.
* Poor browsing experience.
* OTT platforms failing to function properly.
* Inability to perform work-related and high-bandwidth activities.

Despite repeated requests, Airtel failed to send an engineer on the committed dates.

I contacted customer care several times over multiple days. Every executive merely apologised and assured me that the issue had been escalated. However, no effective action was taken.

Eventually, an engineer visited, but the internet functioned properly for only about 10–30 minutes before the same problem reappeared.

I again reported the issue on 17 July 2025.

During one of my conversations, even your senior supervisor personally witnessed the router rebooting automatically while I was on the call. He assured me that the issue would be resolved before 1:00 PM the same day.

Despite this assurance:

* No engineer visited.
* My service request was repeatedly rescheduled.
* No proper explanation was provided.
* The issue remains unresolved.

Failure to Replace Defective Equipment

Throughout my interactions with Airtel, I repeatedly requested that the installed Wi-Fi router be thoroughly inspected and replaced if found defective, as it was repeatedly rebooting automatically.

Despite sharing screenshots and photographs to assist your technical team, Airtel neither replaced the equipment nor provided any permanent technical solution.

Government Complaint Already Registered

Since Airtel has failed to resolve these issues despite repeated opportunities, I have now been compelled to register an official complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Government of India).

Government Complaint Docket Number:9766438

A copy of the complaint acknowledgment has been attached with this email for your reference.

This email may kindly be treated as my final opportunity for Bharti Airtel Limited to resolve the matter internally before I pursue further remedies available under applicable consumer protection laws and the telecom grievance redressal framework.

I request Airtel to:

1. Permanently resolve my mobile network issue.
2. Permanently resolve my Airtel Xstream Fiber connectivity issue.
3. Replace the existing router after proper technical inspection if found defective.
4. Provide a written explanation regarding repeated false commitments, engineer no-shows, and repeated rescheduling of service requests.
5. Confirm the corrective actions being taken along with a definite resolution timeline.
6.A reasonable compensation of ₹50,000 towards:
Deficiency in service.
Repeated negligence despite multiple complaints.
Failure to honour committed service timelines.

Loss of productive working hours.
Mental harassment and inconvenience.
Repeated follow-ups and unnecessary time spent pursuing resolution.

Refund or adjustment of proportionate service charges for the period during which the services remained deficient and unusable despite repeated complaints.

I expect a written response and a permanent resolution at the earliest.

I sincerely hope Bharti Airtel Limited will treat this matter with the seriousness it deserves and provide an amicable resolution at the earliest. However, if the issues remain unresolved within 7 days of receipt of this email, I shall be constrained to pursue all remedies available under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, the applicable telecom grievance redressal framework, and any other legal remedies available in law, including seeking appropriate compensation and costs before the competent authority. This email may kindly be treated as my final notice before initiating further legal proceedings.
