Dear MakeMyTrip Escalation Team,
I am writing to formally escalate my concern regarding my flight booking and the lack of satisfactory resolution from your customer support team.I had booked a flight for travel on 12 June from Mumbai to Dubai Due to unavoidable circumstances, I contacted your customer care team and requested that my booking be rescheduled to 19 June. Despite multiple discussions with your representatives, I have not received any clear resolution, confirmation, or appropriate assistance regarding my request.
I am extremely disappointed with the level of support provided so far. As a customer, I expected timely guidance and transparent communication regarding the available rescheduling options, applicable charges, and the status of my request.
I kindly request your immediate intervention in this matter and ask that my case be reviewed on priority. Please provide:
1.The current status of my rescheduling request.
2.Available options for changing my travel date to 19 June.
3.Any applicable charges or fare differences.
4.A clear resolution at the earliest possible time.
I would appreciate a response within and hours, Asap as my travel plans are time-sensitive.
