Hi Team,

I want to escalate an issue regarding a Bajaj induction touch panel stove that I purchased through Flipkart on Thursday, 28th May.

The service experience has been very poor. The stove has not been heating at all from day one. I raised a service ticket, but it was automatically closed. When I contacted customer care, they informed me that the technician had closed the ticket. However, no technician visited my house.

I created a second service ticket on Saturday, but still nobody has visited or contacted me regarding the issue.

I am very disappointed with the service and request immediate action to resolve this issue at the earliest.

I will wait until today. If nobody turns up, I will be forced to proceed with legal action.
