Dear Sir/Madam,
I would like to formally escalate a complaint regarding my Airtel Fiber new connection request.
After making the required payment for the new fiber connection, I have been facing extreme inconvenience due to the unprofessional behavior of the local Airtel representatives, Mr. Biswajit and Mr. Jaydev. Despite calling them more than 100 times, neither of them has responded to my calls. In many instances, my calls were ignored, and their mobile phones were switched off when I attempted to contact them.
It is highly disappointing that after receiving the payment, there has been no communication, update, or support regarding the installation process. Due to this delay, several important tasks are pending, and my daily official work is being severely affected.
Furthermore, I have been unable to reach at Airtel customer care for assistance, which has added to my frustration and inconvenience.
I request you to urgently investigate this matter, ensure immediate installation of the fiber connection, and take appropriate action against the concerned service provider and engineers for their negligence and lack of customer support.
I look forward to your prompt intervention .
