Currently I am facing the same issue ,I too taken Gold plan same was told by customer care person .but no service person and replacement.
Eureka Forbes was A fraud company,pls don't bye any AMC plans from them .they are big cheaters
You are write....Even AMC is LIVE My complain is not yet resolved since 10 Days. They are not only carelessness but also irresponsible.
 
Eureka Forbes called me Mutiple times to buy AMC gold plan and asked me that once you buy Gold AMC Services, they will immediately come and replace the Filter and UV filter as this is Gold Plan. If I don't buy gold plan, it will be normal service and technician may come late. As my filter was supposed to be replaced due to lack of proper drinking water, I purchased AMC Gold Plan. After buying the plan, no one calls back or no technician visits my home. The technician visit was on 3rd February but today is 20th February and no one has called or visited for filter replacement. I have called the customer care number multiple times and they have escalated but no one visits. I even told them to refund my amount for Gold AMC and I will get it replaced by local engineer but they are not ready to. I cannot buy drinking water from outside everyday. Even the service call is paid and not a free Toll Free number.

Eureka Forbes is a fraud company.
Same experience happened with me, seems they are fraud, I will be raising separate complaint too
 
I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the highly negligent and pathetic AMC support services being provided by Eureka Forbes for my Aquaguard water purifier.

I have been a loyal customer of Eureka Forbes for several years and have continuously renewed the AMC services under their Gold Plan. This year also, I renewed the AMC for my AQUAGUARD CD GENEUS RO+UV+UF+TG purifier for 02 years on 12.02.2026.

However, despite taking full AMC payment in advance, Eureka Forbes has practically failed to provide the committed AMC services for nearly 03 months.

From the beginning itself, I repeatedly informed the customer support team that the purifier was displaying “Service Mode” indication and may break down if preventive servicing was not carried out immediately. Despite several follow-ups, repeated customer care calls, complaint escalations, and assurances of “priority support,” absolutely no meaningful action was taken by Eureka Forbes.

As anticipated earlier, the water purifier completely stopped functioning on 07.05.2026. Even after informing the customer care and escalation team about the total breakdown of the purifier, Eureka Forbes continued giving only verbal assurances without actually deputing any technician or resolving the issue.

Because of this highly irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour, my family has been forced to arrange drinking water through alternate means for daily usage. It is shocking that a company dealing with such a basic necessity related to human health and safe drinking water can behave in such a careless, insensitive, and unethical manner.

The overall service attitude of Eureka Forbes has been:
• Highly negligent
• Extremely unprofessional
• Completely non-responsive
• Misleading and irresponsible despite active AMC coverage


After reading several complaints on consumer forums and consumer court cases against Eureka Forbes regarding similar AMC and after-sales service issues, I now realize that many consumers are facing the same pattern of negligence and service deficiency. ()

I sincerely request Eureka Forbes senior management to immediately intervene and resolve this issue without any further delay. Otherwise, I will be constrained to escalate the matter through:
• National Consumer Helpline
• Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission
• Public consumer grievance forums
• Social media grievance escalation platforms

I never expected such an unpleasant and mentally exhausting experience from a reputed brand like Eureka Forbes.

I am facing the same issue too as i has booked the gold AMC on 30 April 2026 and till today i have called them multiple times and sent multiple mails but no response at all. Eureka Forbes is a fraud company. Regional Manager is an Idiot who does not want to respond to customers and the customer service executives have one dialogue.... " we understand your frustrations... we will escalate this matter" after this standard dialogue there is no action from Eureka Forbes as this proves this is a fraud company.
 
I am also a customer of GOLD AMC and I am also facing the same issue I have raised a request 1 month back but this fraud Eureka Forbes company not responding. Daily Iam wasting my time calling customer care number they are escalating but no resolution. I want to file case against this fraud company my service request number is CM-060526-71453267
 
I purchased an Aquaguard Enrich Aura 2X Aqua Saver water purifier from Eureka Forbes. The product is covered under an active warranty/AMC plan.

During the warranty period, I faced issues with the purifier and raised service complaints with Eureka Forbes. A technician visited, however the required filter replacement was denied despite my understanding that the active warranty/AMC covers the required service.

I repeatedly contacted customer care, raised multiple service requests, sent escalation emails, and followed up with the company. Despite these efforts, the issue remained unresolved.

On several occasions, service requests were closed/cancelled without providing a satisfactory resolution. I also received information that a service executive had been assigned, but the issue was not resolved and communication remained inadequate.

As a result of the continued non-resolution of the complaint, my family has been facing inconvenience in obtaining reliable drinking water. I have been compelled to consider purchasing an alternative water purifier despite already owning a purifier under warranty/AMC coverage.

I registered a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline.

  1. Resolve the warranty/AMC dispute and provide the entitled service.

  4. Reimburse costs incurred due to non-resolution of the complaint.
  5. Pass any other order deemed fit in the interest of justice.
I have attached supporting documents including invoice, warranty/AMC details, complaint records, NCH grievance details, and correspondence with the company.
