Hi Team,
I have registered a case on 09th Oct 2026 with case Id SR00003J4RVR, engineer visited on 10th Oct but issue not resolved and engineer make the wiring scattered and messy. after that I registered new case with case number SR00003J6R3D , against this case number engineer not visited hence I call the customer case and they informed that my was on hold due to i not provided OTP but i have not received any call from engineer side or customer case side regarding this. my issue still not resolved and i suffering with raised issue.
