Hello Team,
My bike Himalayan has been continuously visited the service centre for the last several months for the same issue of ENGINE NOICE/s
STARTING CONCERN.
When my bike went to service on 28/02/2025 for 8440km, even then I had expressed my concern about the ENGINE NOISE.
That day after doing TYPID adjustment my bike was delivered but after some time on 1/03/2025 my bike again went to service for ENGINE NOISE at 8446 km, the engine was repaired in which LEATH WORK was also done for which I was CHARGED Rs 1500 to Rs 1900 only for the leath work.
After a few days on 21/04/2025 again my bike visited for engine noise/starting issue, again on 22/04/2025 like this My bike has been going to the service centre continuously for the same concern for the same time since the past few months.
When I again took my bike to the service centre on 11/06/2025 for ENGINE NOISE, some parts were ordered for which I was not provided any proper update/COMMUNICATION. I myself followed up with the service centre a lot on several numbers but as I was not getting the correct information, then I visited again to the service center but still issue is not resolved so I logged a complaint.
After many requests, I got my complaint closed but again I am not getting the proper information and again money is being asked for the same LEATH WORK. So what should be understood? If the engine quality of the Royal Enfield bike is poor, then so much problem is occurring after only 8000 to 10000km. , i want proper resolution and proper response from service centre.
They told me to deliver my bike today 25-06-2025 but still they have not completed my bike.
When I asked to check with your manager as I have already spoke to him then I found Irresponsible and unprofessional behaviour by Sukhmani elite .
Regularly visited for same ENGINE NOICE and Staring Issue:
1st Starting - 01-3-2025
2nd time. - 21-4-2025
3rd time - 22-4-2025
4th time - 24-4-2025
5th time. - 07-05-2025
Servicing - 21-5-2025
I took delivery of my bike on 16th July 2025 with a bill of around ₹5600, Since February, I’ve already paid up to ₹10,000 for engine noise issues, but there has been no resolution so far.
Despite raising multiple complaints, Royal Enfield hasn’t even bothered to call back.
This is complete harassment of the customer.
