I ordered a Casio G shock watch costing 8004. It was open box delivery and when delivery agent opened the box there was nothing inside it. On calling customer care no proper response was given and the process is so bad that they are not ready for refund instead asking customer to wait for 24 hrs. The senior executives are showing attitude very bad behaviour if seniors can't take any action why are they even holding the post. Customer should wait for 24hrs to get a solution already delayed delivery on top of that a birthday gift opened by the respective person with no product. Flipkart should immediately refund the amount instead asking the customer to wait for 24 hrs and senior executives talking with arrogance spoke to arpit, arpita, some senior executive named vashisht or vishambar.
