Dear Sir/Madam,


I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Flipkart regarding a highly unsatisfactory shopping experience involving the delivery of an empty package and the inappropriate behavior of its customer care representatives.

  • Amount Paid: ₹[2699]

I placed an order through Flipkart and made full payment for the product. However, upon delivery, I received an empty box instead of the ordered item. I immediately contacted Flipkart Customer Care and reported the issue.


Instead of providing a fair resolution, the customer care representatives behaved unprofessionally and disrespectfully. My complaint was not handled properly, and despite repeatedly explaining the issue and providing the required details, I did not receive the support or resolution expected from a reputed e-commerce company.


This has caused me financial loss, mental harassment, and a complete loss of trust in the company’s services.


I respectfully request the Hon’ble Consumer Commission to:


  1. Direct Flipkart to refund the full amount paid or provide the ordered product immediately.
  2. Award appropriate compensation for the mental harassment and inconvenience caused.
  3. Take suitable action against Flipkart for deficiency in service and the misconduct of its customer care representatives.
  4. Direct the company to improve its grievance redressal process to prevent similar incidents for other consumers.

I am enclosing copies of the order invoice, payment proof, photographs/video of the delivered package (if available), screenshots of chats/emails, and any other relevant documents in support of my complaint.


I request your kind intervention and appropriate action at the earliest.
