i have ordered an order from their website on Date Added: 23/12/2025, with order ID 53407. They were suppose to deliver it by 2/2/26. Their phone number 9667400531 is switched off or always busy.

Sent few Mails to customer care and no reply either.

Please follow the below steps:

Step 1
If you have paid through UPI like paytm or googlepay, visit NPCI website and register your complaint.

Step 2
File an Online complaint with National Cyber Crime Reporting Portal:
https://cybercrime.gov.in

Step 3
File a complaint with Payment Gateway Service Provide

If they receive too many complaint, they will instantly banned the website and the payment gateway.
 
I was also the victim of same portal. I did not receive my components. I raised complaint on cyber crime 1930 and followed the process. Finally they have agreed to refund the amount on mail.

Can you please explain the process followed. Did you get the refund amount?
