Hi Team,
I'm reaching out to you guys with my recent order cmf airpods which I have ordered from Flipkart mintus I have received unbranded airpods with different colours. as i have reached to your support team they have denied for the return request as this is obd, as this is a bdy gift
i denied to dp not open inside the box what ever he need the images he can as he has collected the images. I spoke one of the senior desk mis Nikita she is very rude to me n he very hurry up to disclose the case n she don't have a experience how to have a words with customer she thinks her self as a ceo of the fk, I need to take her stickly action towards her she won't deserve a senior desk of fk.
However i just need a refund of my product. Or else I vl complaint against you brand in consumer forum n SM.
