I have been in constant communication with both Naresh (who I was told is the owner) and Gurdeep (who provided the initial quotation) for over three months via WhatsApp and calls regarding these issues, yet no satisfactory resolution has been provided, they have stopped answering calls and replying to messages since last 15 days.

Here is a list of the issues I have encountered:
Quotation Discrepancy: The initial quotation provided was ₹4,500, which was unilaterally increased to ₹8,000 without proper justification.
Delayed Delivery: I had to follow up for several weeks to get my consignment delivered.
Incomplete Delivery: Only half of my consignment has been delivered.
Missing Items: Half of my courier is still missing, even after multiple follow ups since last 3 months.
Lack of Accountability: Despite repeated follow-ups, I have been met with evasive responses, including Naresh stating, "I am also a worker, contact the owner." Both Naresh and Gurdeep are fully aware of all the issues.
I have attached all relevant screenshots of our conversations + full chat history with Naresh & Gurdeep, audio & video of the mirror and carpet along with the other supporting documents and sent an email to - complaints@consumercourt.in
