I have order a monitor on 25th of june 2026 which had delivery on 28th of june 2026.The item as per flipkart has reached my nearest ekart hub on 27th and intially showed it will be deliverd by 28th june. But it didnt got deliverd on 28th and i went to the ekart courier hub and asked about the courier they were irresponsobel and are acting like it will come whne delivery agents are available.Today is 30th of june every day they will put my item on out gor delivery but never delivers or attempts delivery and by night reschedule it to the next day.This has been the procedure for the past 3 days. Today i called the delivery agent and he is responding like item has not arrived at their hub and is asking me to cancel.When i try to cancel my order on flipkart its showing the item has been arrived at your nearest hub so cant be cancelled.Iam completley trapped as its a paid order i cant do anything. Please help me on this.
