I have order samsung S21 plus mobile through easyphones sites but received Samsung S21 FE mobile which I don't like and accept.
I have doing many fallow up on mail and whatsapp but they are not entertaining my problem whenever company proving 7 days return policy and 6 month warranty.
So request you please help me on this hear I have attached screenshot which I follow up on mail & whatsapp.
