I am writing to raise a complaint
Regarding my prepaid Flipkart order, which has not been delivered despite the promised delivery time.

PRODUCT NAME: CMF by Nothing ear. buds 2 plus
Order amount: 2638
Register mobile number: 7523012177
I placed this order on 5 july as a prepaid order with a promised delivery time 20 minutes. However, the order has still not been delivered. I have contacted Flipkart help center multiple times, but I have not received any proper response or resolution.
This delay is unacceptable I request you to kindly investigate this matter and either:
1. Delivery my order immediately, or
2. Process a full refund without any further delay.
Kindly treat this matter as urgent and provide a resolution at the earliest.
