5 oct at 11:50am:- mene Swiggy se meri life ka first order Kiya tha or mene order packed hone se pehle hi cancel ki req daal di thi at 11:51am and 11:52am pr cancellation ka msg bhi aa gya tha lekin fir me apne refund ka wait kr rha tha toh ptaa chala mene cancel krke apna paisa or order dono kho diye h
Swiggy chat se baat krne par ptaa chala ki cancellation fee 100% h or mera paisa refund nahi hogaa
Then mene Swiggy ko multiple mail liyee lekin sab ka reply ek hi tha ki 100% cancellation fee h refund nahi hoga
Fir mene twitter pr bhi Swiggy ko mention kiyaa or 4 hour baad reply same reply aaya cancellation fee 100% h
Then 1 din baad mene consumer complaint ki uska abhi tk kuch reply nhi aaya h
