i had ordered a plant stand and 3piece luggage from Amazon.
The stand quality was bad no proper instructions for assembly. I immediately put in for return however Amazon is refusing to pick-up item and refunding the amount.
Similarly instead of 3 pieces of luggage only one bag was delivered. Upon raising complaint they raised a return request but still no one is coming for pick-up.
Amazon chat support raises return requests but no one turns up for pick-up or they call.
After much struggle we connected over call and their agents refused to help. I was asked to wait more time for return.
