This is absolutely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about DTDC’s delivery practices.
My consignment C5000868416, booked from Chennai (29.10.2026) to Vadodara, has now been marked as DELIVERED at 10:00 PM. However, I have NOT received the letter.
More importantly:
Who accepted my letter? Where is the proof of delivery? Why was a false delivery confirmation sent?
I demand immediate investigation, the delivery agent’s details, recipient signature/POD, and an explanation from the Vadodara delivery management team.
Please treat this as a formal escalation and resolve it immediately.

- Nobody called me before delivery.
- Nobody contacted me to confirm receipt.
- I have not received the shipment.
- Despite repeated follow-ups with customer care (more than 10 calls), there has been no satisfactory resolution.
