I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DTDC. I booked a courier and paid ₹170 specifically because I was assured that the shipment would be delivered by 15th June 2026.
Parcel had contained Item worth rupees 25,000/-
However, as of 27 June, 2026 the courier has still not been delivered. What is even more concerning is that neither has anyone from your company contacted me regarding the delay nor have I received any update on the status of the shipment.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver within the committed timeline is unacceptable. Had I known that the delivery would be delayed without any notification, I would have chosen an alternative courier service.
I request you to:
1. Deliver the courier immediately.
2. Provide a written explanation for the delay.
3. Confirm the current status of the shipment and expected delivery date.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
