Dear sir
i have couriered one parcel From Chittoor to Bangalore on 8th July 2025. The parcel didn’t reached and there is no response from dtdc customer service team, there is no verbal communication or oral communication from them . I am struggling to get information about my parcel, as per the booking place they assured to deliver before 11th July 2025. But as on today the parcel didn’t received the destination point.

I have complained in consumer forum also there is no answer from you also.
I am fed up with dtdc service.

Before proceeding further, we recommend that you first send an email to the customer care (customersupport@dtdc.com) of the DTDC, clearly outlining your concerns and requesting to deliver the packet, else you will will file a consumer case against DTDC. This step not only gives the DTDC a chance to address the issue and deliver/find your packet but also helps strengthen your case against them, if you decide to file a complaint with the Consumer Forum later.
