I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by DTDC. I booked an urgent courier and paid ₹1,650 specifically because I was assured that the shipment would be delivered the very next day.
However, as of 24 June, the courier has still not been delivered. What is even more concerning is that neither has anyone from your company contacted me regarding the delay nor have I received any update on the status of the shipment.
This lack of communication and failure to deliver within the committed timeline is unacceptable. Had I known that the delivery would be delayed without any notification, I would have chosen an alternative courier service.
I request you to:
1. Deliver the courier immediately.
2. Provide a written explanation for the delay.
3. Confirm the current status of the shipment and expected delivery date.
Please treat this matter as urgent and respond at the earliest.
