The shipment 7D155727456 booked from Delhi on 31 Oct 25 and was supposed to reach by 5 Nov 25 through "DTDC". We have received the partial delivery, another important box is still not delivered. Today is 5 Nov, 2025 I have not yet received my parcel and when asking about the delivery they say they it is at Hadapsar Pune. Even after 5 days it was not delivered. Request please help in resolution and also want compensation of INR 25,000 for delay. They should obey the promised date as they have charged hefty amount for this courier.
