I had to send some official documents along with assignments to my academy, post which i would have taken the next step in my career. I trusted DTDC and sent a courier through them and they delayed the courier and it has been days past the promised date and till now they are saying me that "We do not know what happened to your courier and we are not responsible". One year of my career went into waste just for the negligence of DTDC. Upon complaining, they sent me fake emails stating that the courier has reached the delivery station of the destination address provided but when i pushed them to give me the proof or at least show the tracking details, they told me that they lied. Kindly help me to get my justice and make them pay for it so that nobody else's career goes down the drain for scammers like DTDC.
