A consignment Z1005116131 was booked for me from Gurgaon Haryana on 25th Sept 2026 to be delivered to me at Vasant Kunj New Delhi. The address and phone numbers mentioned by sender are absolutely correct.
On 27th Sept 2026 at 19:44, I received a sms that consignment has been delivered to me. While we are at home at that time and date NO CONSIGNMENT WAS DELIVERED TO ME. I checked with neighbors, result not delivered. Put message in society WhatsApp group if it it is wrongly delivered to anyone. Not delivered.
The envelope has my mobile number, if it was wrongly delivered to anyone, he/she would have definitely called. No call.
I lodged complaint with DTDC Costumer Support on 28th Sept 2026 through email, received auto response.
On 3rd Oct 2026, received mail: investigation shows, consignment successfully delivered, ticket closed.
I once again sent them a mail on same day that this is not the correct status as no consignment is delivered to me.
